How SeaFly organises your transport
Every vehicle has different requirements: a luxury car belongs in an enclosed transporter or a container, a non-drivable construction machine needs a low-loader. The AI asks exactly these points – and nothing more.
For exports, SeaFly also organises the export declaration and the required vehicle documents. You upload documents such as the vehicle registration in the dashboard; the AI reads the relevant data.
- 1Describe your transport – in the chat, in your language.
- 2We plan your solution – route, services and suitable partners.
- 3Compare offers – services, transit time and price before you book.
- 4Follow everything live – status, documents and messages in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
Container or RoRo – what is better?
In a container, the vehicle is transported closed and secured – ideal for high-value cars. RoRo is often more economical for drivable vehicles. You can request both and compare.
Can SeaFly collect my vehicle?
Yes. SeaFly organises the collection at the current location – or you deliver the vehicle to the port yourself.
Do I need special documents for the export?
Usually the vehicle registration, an export declaration and – depending on the destination – further documents. SeaFly tells you what is needed for your route.
