How SeaFly organises your transport
A full container pays off as soon as your goods fill a large part of it – the container stays sealed from loading to delivery. For smaller quantities groupage is usually the more economical choice: your pallets share a container with other shipments.
SeaFly plans the whole chain as your digital freight forwarder: collection, loading, export clearance, sea freight and delivery. Our partners carry out the individual steps, you compare the offers and follow the status in your dashboard.
- 1Describe your transport – in the chat, in your language.
- 2We plan your solution – route, services and suitable partners.
- 3Compare offers – services, transit time and price before you book.
- 4Follow everything live – status, documents and messages in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
When is a full container worthwhile?
As a rule of thumb from around 13 to 15 cubic metres of goods – but it depends on the route and the weight. Tell the AI what you want to ship; SeaFly can obtain offers for both variants.
Can SeaFly load the container at my premises?
Yes. The container can be delivered to your premises for loading, or the goods are collected and loaded at a packing station.
Which documents are needed?
Usually a commercial invoice and a packing list, for exports from the EU also an export declaration. SeaFly asks for what your shipment needs after the request.
